Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Curated Experience Lead when needed.
  • Collaborate in the coordination of events and activities, ensuring alignment with client milestones for annual Workplace Programming.
  • Work closely with the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Team to verify and organize insurance documents and Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), and promptly send out confirmations.
  • Manage the event calendar effectively.
  • Source and develop engaging events and activities.
  • Create or compile compelling written content for events and activities across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee certain events on-site, from planning to execution, ensuring a safe environment and delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Conduct site visits with potential partners and event producers.
  • Prepare comprehensive budgets for events and activities.

Professional and Personal Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Events Management.
  • Proven experience in Event Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Property Management tools.
  • Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, organized, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
