Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable Senior Civil Engineering Associate to enhance our dynamic team in Exeter. You will play a pivotal role in our established Civil Engineering division, focusing on the growth and expansion of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a skilled civil engineering team to ensure successful project execution
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Manage and nurture client relationships
  • Facilitate team meetings and discussions
  • Plan workforce requirements effectively
  • Oversee recruitment and team development
Project Involvement:
Engage in diverse projects across various sectors, including Commercial, Health, Residential, and Conservation. You will enjoy a degree of autonomy in your role while receiving support from senior management.
