R&D Quality Manager - KastWe are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Kast. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to lead the research and development and quality methodologies to ensure world-class manufacture of premium Kast concrete products.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead strategic business initiatives for quality across all areas, with a focus on customer, supply chain, and manufacturing quality.
- Drive the research and development strategy across all areas, fostering innovation within the concrete industry.
- Develop and implement methodologies related to production processes, including mold making, concrete mixes, casting, pigments, finishes, and packaging.
- Conduct testing and evaluation of current and new products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Analyze competitor products to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Cultivate a culture of long-term research and development, exploring new materials and techniques to enhance product performance and sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the production process.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong background in quality management and research & development within the concrete industry.
