Position: Electronics Quality Control and Testing Expert

In the role of Electronics Quality Control and Testing Expert, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the excellence and functionality of completed production units. This position presents opportunities for career progression and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to product quality and client satisfaction.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostics of completed production units, including troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Prepare test documentation and reports in alignment with customer specifications and Quality Management System protocols.
- Enhance and modify assemblies and final products.
- Execute modifications to assemblies and final products based on established documentation.
- Detect quality and performance discrepancies and document non-conformances.
- Work collaboratively with Design Engineering, Test Equipment Design, and Sales teams to fulfill customer expectations and uphold product quality.
Contribute to the organization's ISO14001 Environmental Management System and ISO9001 Quality Management System by engaging in improvement initiatives and proposing new environmentally friendly opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Capability to adhere to testing protocols precisely and achieve standard testing durations.
- Expertise in utilizing testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, function generators, digital power supplies, and multimeters.
- Background in soldering and rework techniques compliant with IPC standards.
- Experience in a lean manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Robust diagnostic and repair skills at the component level.
- HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:15 AM – 1:00 PM
