Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Home not Hospital. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to an individual with learning disability, autism, and mental health needs.

About the Role

As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the individual in their daily life. This will include:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Supporting the individual to develop and maintain their skills and independence
  • Encouraging and promoting the individual's physical and mental well-being
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of autism, mental health, and learning disability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
