About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Home Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our home, ensuring the highest standards of care and treatment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the home's operations, including staff management, budgeting, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent results and high levels of resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Significant experience of working in a similar environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and relevant legislation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management, with the ability to manage resources effectively.
