Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Worker to join our team at Anderson High School. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support children and young people with additional support needs (ASN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management and education of children and young people with ASN
  • Work with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs
  • Provide support and guidance to children and young people in a variety of settings, including classrooms and departments
  • Collaborate with therapists and other professionals to support children and young people with complex needs
About the Role

This is a permanent part-time post for 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, plus 6.24 weeks (pro rata) paid holiday. The successful candidate will be employed as either a Qualified or Unqualified Learning Support Worker, depending on their qualifications and experience.

The rate of pay shown in the advert is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance of £1 per hour.
