Regional Health & Safety Manager

Salary up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience + company car or allowance % bonus scheme

Are you a seasoned HSQE professional looking for a role where you can make a significant impact across the organisation? As Ganymede Solutions grows, they are keen to add to their team a dynamic and adaptable Safety expert that can work closely with the SHEQ Director to help the company evolve and design the Safety culture of the business moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be experienced in driving and implementing a positive HSQE culture across regional projects, while also supporting and leading on investigations of incidents.
  • As the Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance for the Principal Contractor Licence, RISQS and Achilles Certifications and ISO Certifications.
Requirements
  • It will be beneficial to have a background within the Rail Civil Engineering / Construction sector, within a H&S position.
  • It is preferred that you hold an NVQ 5 / NVQ 6 / Degree in Health & Safety.
  • Quality / Auditing certifications.
