MEP Cost Management Leader

Turner & Townsend alinea is seeking a driven and ambitious Associate / Project Director with expertise in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, specializing in office development projects. As a key member of our MEP Cost Management team, you will play a vital role in shaping our success. You will lead and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and promotes professional growth.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the team, ensuring alignment with Turner & Townsend alinea's core values and objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of mentorship and coaching, empowering team members to reach their full potential and celebrate collective achievements.
- Champion a 'One Business' approach, fostering strong relationships across departments and promoting seamless collaboration.
- Drive exceptional outcomes by prioritizing the well-being of our people, clients, shareholders, and society. Maintain the highest ethical standards and ensure a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Become a recognized expert in the market, actively engaging with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships and generate new opportunities.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the MEP sector.
- Professional accreditation (RICS or equivalent).
- Bachelor's or Higher National Certificate (HNC) level qualification in a relevant field.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive experience delivering MEP elements of work for diverse clients.
- A strong network within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below).
- Proficiency in utilizing digital software tools for cost management service delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
