The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing drylining projects across various sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage drylining projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Client Liaison: Regularly meet with clients to discuss project requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Manage and liaise with installation teams to ensure efficient labor sourcing, timely completion, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular project reports, highlighting risks, solutions, costs, and timeframes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
  • Design and Procurement: Liaise with design teams and internal management to ensure accurate design information, procurement schedules, and RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) are in place.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous contract management experience in the drylining industry.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
