Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Assistant to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in the delivery of a broad curriculum, providing individualized attention to students as needed.
- Assist with educational activities, including small group and whole class instruction, to promote student learning and engagement.
- Help students develop social skills, life skills, and outdoor and physical activities, fostering a well-rounded educational experience.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages student growth and confidence.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting.
- Ability to provide two employment references.
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
