Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Silcom Recruitment Limited. As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in driving financial success and providing insightful analysis for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including management accounts and financial statements, to inform business decisions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and explaining variances, and providing recommendations for strategic financial planning.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and control cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs, and manage and forecast cash flow to support business growth.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and efficient financial management, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
- Financial Reporting: Utilize financial reporting tools and software to streamline reporting and analysis processes, and provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and initiatives.
- Internal and External Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations, and ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and compliant.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Management Accountant who is passionate about financial planning and analysis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
What We Offer:Basic Salary: £40,000 + £6,000 Bonus + Car
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am - 5:30pm]
