Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's growing team at a main car dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding service and repair work required to their vehicles.
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs, enhancing their overall experience.
- Coordinate with customers to arrange collection and delivery of their vehicles, ensuring seamless communication.
- Update customer and vehicle records accurately and efficiently.
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy, maintaining compliance and quality standards.
- Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor in a similar environment.
- Full driving licence, enabling you to travel to and from work.
- OTE up to £25K (Depending on Experience), providing a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.
- After 3 years' service, you will receive an extra 3 days' holiday, enhancing your work-life balance.
