The ideal candidate will be a seasoned CNC Miller eager to join a well-established team and looking for career advancement within this continually expanding organization. You will be a collaborative team member, responsible for producing high-quality milled components using cutting-edge CNC milling machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC 3-4-5 axis milling machines.
- Programming, setting, and operating Haas machines using OneCNC or Hypermill.
- Producing one-off prototypes and small batch runs as well as occasional production runs based on customer needs.
- Machining to precise tolerances from various materials including Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Inconel.
- Interpreting engineering drawings.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in programming, setting, and operating CNC Mills (Haas experience preferred).
- Essential CADCAM experience (OneCNC or Hypermill preferred, training available).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in machining to tight tolerances.
- Familiarity with CMM is highly desirable.

Working Hours:
39 hours per week.
Monday to Friday.
Competitive hourly rate up to £21.
Significant overtime available at 1.5x pay after 39 hours per week.
