Your Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging, informative, and persuasive content across various formats that enhances the buyer's journey, from initial awareness to conversion. This includes crafting blog posts, white papers, case studies, website content, social media messaging, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Utilize compelling narratives to showcase the significant impact SER Group has on the daily lives of users, emphasizing our commitment to putting people first.
  • Strategically plan, manage, and implement a results-oriented content schedule in collaboration with the Content team and the Head of Content & Communications.
  • Review and refine English texts produced by colleagues or generated through translation services to ensure clarity and quality.
  • Enhance content for search engine optimization and lead generation, working closely with SEO and Demand Generation specialists.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Marketing team, external creatives, and localization experts to maximize the strategic use of your content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics with the Content team, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and increased reach.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to guide content creation.

Your Profile

  • Exceptional Writer: You possess 3-5 years of experience as a content writer, demonstrating a strong ability to produce persuasive and impactful copy that captivates and retains audience interest.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and a solid grasp of grammar, punctuation, and writing style.
  • Analytical Thinker: Your analytical skills enable you to connect technology, business, and human elements seamlessly.
  • Skilled Storyteller: You excel at translating complex products and customer challenges into clear, engaging narratives.
  • SEO Knowledgeable: You have a solid understanding of SEO principles and their application in writing.
  • Inquisitive: You have a strong desire to learn about our products, market dynamics, and customer profiles.
  • Innovative: You enjoy experimenting with new technologies, particularly AI, for marketing purposes and are interested in exploring new content formats.
  • Customer-Focused: You are dedicated to gathering customer insights and understanding their pain points to create relatable narratives.
  • Collaborative: You actively engage with your colleagues to foster teamwork and shared learning, even in distributed settings.
  • Qualified: You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or possess equivalent professional experience.
  • Native Speaker: You are a native English speaker.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with document management and enterprise content management software is a plus.
