About the Role

The Global Product Treasury Sr. Manager and Executive Director of Rippling Payments UK will lead the company's EMEA product treasury function and manage regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include building banking infrastructure for payment products, managing local banking relationships, and developing scalable FX infrastructure and operationalizing hedging strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial and partner regulatory reporting, oversee subsidiary management, including compliance with corporate filings and international reporting requirements.
  • Build banking infrastructure to support Rippling payments products under our regulated entities, including payroll, corporate card, travel, and bill-pay.
  • Manage local banking relationships, implementation, negotiations, and escalations.
  • Build flexible & scalable FX infrastructure and operationalize FX hedging strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, human resources, security, internal audit, risk, communications, and outside counsel.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of combined treasury or financial operation experience, including in regulated fintech or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management and organizational skills, and attention to detail.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of treasury operations, financial regulations, and risk management. You should be able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and have excellent communication and project management skills.
