About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end digital transformation projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital transformation projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring all projects align with company goals, within budget, and on time.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement new systems, improve processes, and support the business in its digital evolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project team members, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
  • Experience managing project teams in a digital or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Asana, or Jira.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms or CRM implementation.
  • Full UK Driving License.
