Human Resources Advisor Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our client's manufacturing team. As a trusted HR professional, you will provide comprehensive support while functioning as an integral member of a busy HR function.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain exceptional talent.
* Serve as a trusted HR professional to management, delivering advice and support on employee development or performance management.
* Efficiently handle HR transactions, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency.
* Develop and nurture an inclusive, performance-driven, and positive workplace culture.
* Play a key role in site improvement projects, contributing to the overall enhancement of operations.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Coordinator or Generalist, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.
* Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.
* CIPD Level 3, with a preference for Level 5 or actively working towards it.

**What We Offer**

* A competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum DOE and industry exposure.
