At Avanti West Coast, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced On Board Manager to join our team. As an On Board Manager, you will be responsible for leading and engaging a large dedicated team of on-board crews who deliver exceptional customer service to our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage behaviours in line with business values, supervise performance, sickness absence, and availability levels of your team.
- Lead and own the implementation of planned changes and support on-board teams with new commercial activities.
- Ensure the safety of your On-Board teams and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage budgets in line with Finance Business Partner.
- Deliver great customer service in all circumstances.
- This post holds an 'On Call' commitment and requires flexibility to work hours that suit the railway environment.
You will be a great leader with a proven track record of bringing your team along with you. You will be great at managing your workload and have the safety of others at the forefront of your mind. You will be customer-focused and take pride in ensuring each and every customer has a great experience with us.
We are looking for someone with a similar, fast-paced environment and proven experience of juggling multiple priorities. Flexibility and a positive approach to managing and developing a team are key requirements of this role.
