We are seeking an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to oversee our clients' infrastructure in Central London. You will be part of a supportive and friendly field team responsible for inspecting and maintaining a diverse array of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) assets. Ideally, you will possess electrical skills, but prior experience in the traffic industry is not a prerequisite, as we will provide comprehensive training and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct maintenance and inspections of traffic signal systems, including servicing, upgrading, and troubleshooting signal heads, controllers, ancillary equipment, and roadway systems. Perform electrical testing, periodic inspections, and upgrade tasks. Ensure that all work is completed to high safety standards, adhering to specifications and timelines. Collaborate with contractors and clients on-site. Accurately analyze and process fault and asset data to support contract and asset performance reporting. Assist with emergency repairs and out-of-hours work as required (on a team rota basis). Complete mandatory product training and obtain industry and highways sector scheme accreditation. Maintain awareness of workplace safety and proactively identify potential hazards for mitigation.

You hold an electrical qualification or have experience in the installation, maintenance, and/or testing of equipment. You are helpful and willing to take initiative. You are comfortable working outdoors and at heights, adhering to safety protocols. You possess strong attention to detail and enjoy problem-solving. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with others. You are open to working unsociable hours on a fair rota basis to ensure project completion. A full driving license is required.

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary with an annual bonus. 26 days of annual leave, increasing to 29 days with tenure. A 37.5-hour work week on a shift rota of 4 days on, 4 days off, with a 30% salary uplift for unsociable hours. Provision of a company van, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and uniform. Additional Information:

Successful candidates will receive a contract outlining the standard terms, conditions, and benefits associated with this role. The shift pattern consists of 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off, with a 30% salary uplift for this arrangement.
