Job Title: Marketing Lead - Retail
Job Summary:
Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead - Retail to join our client's team. As a key member of the Retail Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the retail marketing strategy, driving business growth, and elevating brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive retail marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Brand Awareness: Create and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Business Growth: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their development and success.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets across all retail product brands, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, adhering to brand guidelines and quality control standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence business decisions and drive results.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and work collaboratively.
