Role Overview:
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support to the workforce. This role entails managing data, providing essential information, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative processes in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HR administrative services to employees, adhering to clearly defined processes and SLAs.
- Utilize systems effectively, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining data integrity.
- Conduct administrative tasks in compliance with organizational policies, such as right to work regulations.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries and requests.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing personnel files and data.
- Respond to queries with confidence, leveraging data and understanding of policies.
- Handle physical correspondence, ensuring proper scanning and recording of relevant materials.
- Prepare and dispatch physical correspondence necessary for process completion in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
- Generate Management Information (MI) reports and data from relevant systems to address queries.
- Basic computing and telephony skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring completeness and consistency of information.
- Effective administrative capabilities.
- Ability to apply standard procedures and common sense in problem-solving.
- Understanding of how to manage, resolve, and escalate inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to provide excellent service.
- Experience with People systems (e.g., SAP).
- Familiarity with shared service environments.
