Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Learning Disability Inpatient Unit as a Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our services.

About the Role

The Clinical Lead will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of patients
  • Leading multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of our services
  • Ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with Trust policies and procedures
  • Participating in the recruitment and selection of new staff members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience of working in a Learning Disability Inpatient Unit
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
