Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school certification with 5-8 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma. Previous supervisory or shift leader experience is preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting/carrying loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • A creative mindset to develop solutions that surpass conventional approaches.
  • Capability to address unique challenges using both standard and innovative solutions that have a broad impact on the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills paired with a keen inquisitive nature.
  • Advanced mathematical skills, with the ability to perform complex calculations such as percentages and financial computations.
