Role Overview

Time Out Market is experiencing rapid growth with operations in multiple locations globally. We are in search of a proactive and results-driven IT Solutions Specialist to enhance our technological framework. This position is crucial in assisting the Head of Technology to spearhead innovative solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Project Assistance: Work closely with the Head of Technology to ensure successful project execution. Provide expert technical support throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on various technology-related tasks such as networking, audiovisual systems, and software integration.
  • Managed Service Provider Coordination: Collaborate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to guarantee exceptional support for our operational markets. Monitor the technical performance and health of market systems.
  • Technology Enhancement: Promote collaboration across departments to uncover potential areas for technological improvement. Implement strategies aimed at optimizing operations and boosting efficiency.
  • Documentation Management: Create and sustain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting manuals, and knowledge repositories. Ensure alignment with broader company policies.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and technical expertise to internal stakeholders, including conducting training sessions and presentations. Assist management in recognizing the necessity for technological advancements.
  • Compliance Assurance: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring that all technological activities comply with group standards.
  • Innovation Participation: Engage actively in project team meetings to contribute to the design and execution of new technological initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a technical management capacity, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and networking principles.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams on a global scale.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of POS and CRM systems.
