About the Role

Mentus Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Specialty Doctor or Associate Specialist to join our team in a CAMHS unit near Brighton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assessment, review, and evaluation to young people under the care and treatment of the hospital.
  • Work closely with the Consultant, ward manager, and wider MDT to ensure all treatment plans are fully adhered to.
  • Assess referrals & undertake mental state examinations of service users.
  • Provide high-quality treatment under the direction of a Consultant Psychiatrist.

Requirements
  • Full GMC registration.
  • Experience working in psychiatry within multidisciplinary teams.
  • To be in good standing for CPD with the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
  • To be linked in with an appraisal process within the last year.
  • At least 3 years' experience in psychiatry.
  • Experience working as a doctor within similar environment.
