Key Responsibilities

As a skilled Revit/AutoCAD Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Project BIM Lead in advancing the Structural Model and delivering project outcomes under the guidance of the BIM Manager. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with company and project-specific standards, as well as the precise execution of BIM activities.

Key Deliverables
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of work produced
  • Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution plan and Project Standards by the project team
  • Utilize Revit to create and modify Structural Models
  • Develop, modify, and review 3D models using CAD applications such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and 3D Studio Max
  • Produce visualizations from 3D models for technical reports, presentations, and marketing materials when necessary
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation that accurately represents engineering and design intent
  • Prepare models for exchange and coordination with other disciplines, consultants, and contractor/fabricators
Requirements
  • Industry-relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with 3rd party BIM applications such as Dynamo, 3DS Max, Rhino/Grasshopper, Google Earth, Solibri, and Microsoft Office
  • Genuine interest in Architecture and Building Engineering/Services design
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Structural Engineering sector
  • At least 3 years of BIM/Revit experience
