Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Investment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for leading deal execution, negotiating opportunities to financial close, and managing the financial model.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Execution: Lead the origination and execution of renewable energy projects, ensuring smooth delivery of opportunities.
- Negotiation and Due Diligence: Negotiate opportunities to financial close, ensuring optimal returns for our investors.
- Financial Modeling: Oversee the development and maintenance of financial models, working closely with our dedicated analyst.
- Investee Company Boards: Sit on investee company boards as needed to protect our investment and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Well-qualified in financial management, investment management, or a related field.
- Experience: Strong background and experience in project acquisition of onshore renewables, with solid exposure to the renewable energy sector in the UK and across Europe.
