A pivotal position within our Employability4All Team is the Youth Employment Coordinator, responsible for cultivating robust relationships with local businesses, identifying and aligning young individuals with appropriate work placements, job opportunities, and apprenticeships. We are seeking candidates for a full-time role, 37 hours per week, to advance our employer engagement strategy and develop viable and sustainable opportunities for youth.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Employability or Recruitment, or demonstrate relevant transferable skills and experience. Local knowledge, along with a proven track record of establishing key relationships with various external employers to create opportunities, is essential. Experience or familiarity with sourcing and matching young individuals to work placements, job opportunities, or apprenticeships is also required.
Your employment contract will reference our generic Project Worker 2 role if appointed.
