Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile AC Engineer to join our team in Benton, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. As a key member of our Mobile Technical Services department, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of air conditioning installations across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and rectify faults and defects.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize system uptime.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry qualification and experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including out-of-hours call-outs and standby duties.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various sites.
