We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of a 4-bed Children's Residential home in Acocks Green, Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with emotional behavioral difficulties.
- Ensure the home is safe, efficient, and meets Ofsted regulations.
- Manage staffing and recruitment to maintain a skilled and dedicated team.
- Develop and implement therapeutic care and support plans to meet the needs of residents.
Requirements:
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services) desirable.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services essential.
- Experience working in a Deputy or Registered Manager's position essential.
- Experience in a residential children's home environment essential.
