Childcare Specialist

Job Summary:

Nuffield Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our team at our Cottingley Manor Gym. As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and education to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive early years program, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each child are met.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in childcare and education.
• Support the creation of a safe and nurturing environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging among children, families, and staff.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in childcare studies or equivalent.
• Experience in a nursery setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
