Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Precision Machinist, your role will involve:

  • Gaining an understanding of the various machine shop tools and equipment
  • Utilizing both digital and analog measuring instruments (such as calipers and micrometers)
  • Learning to operate lathes and milling machines
  • Acquiring knowledge of machining techniques for different materials
  • Bringing prior experience from a precision engineering manufacturing background
