Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Engineer to join our team. As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing process and product engineering skills to enable the delivery of our global commercial initiative master plan and new product development. You will also support process optimization at our contract manufacturers and pack sites, cost savings, and second sourcing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support, validation, and documentation for contract manufacturer changes
- Oversee validation and change control documentation within our Quality Management System (QMS)
- Conduct root cause analysis for product investigations
- Maintain component design documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant professional field (e.g., Mechanical or Industrial)
- Experience in developing medical consumer diagnostics within a regulated environment
- Proficiency with computer-aided design software (e.g., Solidworks)
- Project Management qualification (desirable)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
