Senior Care Assistant Role
As a Senior Care Assistant at our Stanley Wilson Lodge Care Home in Saffron Walden, Essex, you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support.
Your Responsibilities
- Work alongside and mentor a team of Care Assistants to ensure outstanding care is delivered at all times.
- Report to the Home Manager and work directly with ancillary teams and other Senior Care Assistants within the home.
- Engage in meaningful activities with residents and promote independence.
What We Offer
- Salary: £12.60 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
- 24 hours a week - 2 X 12 hour NIGHT shifts.
- 12 hour shifts from 8pm - 8am between Monday - Sunday. You will be required to work alternate weekends.
