Ecommerce Key Account Manager

MacGregor Black is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of brands and their top listings on online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Work closely with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive account performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement UX adjustments and AB testing to drive conversion
  • Manage and maintain a deep understanding of P&L management and e-commerce trends
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing online marketplaces and driving sales growth
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement commercial plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends
