About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Employee Cross-Border Tax Programs team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing and driving forward our global Employee Cross-Border Tax Programs across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Design and Delivery
    • Develop and implement effective cross-border tax programs to enhance the firm's tax and immigration compliance, reporting, and withholding for employees who travel on behalf of the firm.
    • Ensure seamless employee experiences through data-driven decision making and process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the senior point of contact for cross-border tax and immigration queries from various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team Management
    • Lead a global team located across various locations, including the US, London, Singapore, Warsaw, and Mumbai.
    • Oversee the operations team to meet deliverables for payroll processing and tax return filing.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Significant employee tax and immigration expertise, with experience in implementing and running cross-border tax programs.
    • Strong technology and digital skills, with a process improvement mindset.
  • Skills
    • Strong data, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues timely.
    • Excellent judgment and track record dealing with a broad range of customers and stakeholders.
    • Strong partnership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Education
    • University degree.
    • Accounting qualifications preferred.
