Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage and motivate our office staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  • Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the diaries of our vets and office staff, including on-call rotas and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Financial Management: Oversee debt control, manage insurance claims, and coordinate invoices and VAT returns.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to our Director, ensuring they are informed of all key aspects of the practice.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Practice Management Systems.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £36,000 - £42,000 per annum.
  • 28 days' holiday (inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata).
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment.
