Your Role as a Senior Estate Agent

The main purpose of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You'll also optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements
  • Preferably an Experienced Sales Person: We're looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding Customer Care: You'll provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Resilient and Positive: You'll work in a fast-paced environment, requiring resilience and a positive attitude.
  • IT Literate: You'll be comfortable using MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: You'll need access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence.
