Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager

As a key member of the E3 Recruitment team, we are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to join our client's organization.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Department, providing a service to Manufacturing, Maintenance, and other work groups.
Key Responsibilities
* Directly manage 4 senior stakeholders within the business across Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality, with a total headcount of 35 across the function.
* Build relationships with external regulators, including the Environmental Agency and Health & Safety Executive, and the wider community, including local government.
* Coach and develop the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Department and broader site team on relevant vision and goals.
* Lead the development and implementation of a plan to achieve Best Practice performance aligned with business and site Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality targets.
Requirements
* Qualified to NEBOSH Diploma level or equivalent.
