**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Voice Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Michael Page Technology. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network and voice infrastructure solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network and voice infrastructure solutions using Cisco and Juniper routers and switches, as well as Azure networking technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network and voice infrastructure with other systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and voice infrastructure issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network and voice infrastructure configurations and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to improve network and voice infrastructure solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in network and voice infrastructure engineering, with a strong background in Microsoft platforms (Azure, AD, M365), networking (Cisco Switches, Juniper Routers), telephony (SBC), and virtual server architecture.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of voice protocols and routing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ISO27001 standards and ITIL framework.
  • Cisco CCNA certification (or similar).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Dialogic or Ribbon SBC.
  • Certifications in Azure AZ-104.
  • Teams Admin MS700 (or similar).
  • Cisco CCNA (or similar).
  • Linux Admin (Centos, Ubuntu).
