We are seeking an experienced and skilled Private Family Law Department Head to join our team at Talentwise Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Private Family Law Department and driving its growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high-quality caseload of privately funded family law matters from enquiry through to resolution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to an experienced family law team in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
- Advocacy work and advising clients on matters pertaining to divorce and separation, prenuptial agreements, finance and property division, cohabitation and property rights, civil partnership issues, Children Act matters, domestic violence and injunctions, and financial matters.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within private family law.
- Experience of running a private family law caseload including complex matters, from instruction to resolution.
- Strong leadership skills.
- A consistent billing history.
- Good client care skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage your time.
- A competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- 23 days' holiday + UK Bank Holidays.
- 3 additional days' paid leave over the Christmas shut down period.
