Job Title: Autism Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Worker to join our team in Bishopston, Bristol. As a Support Worker, you will work in a Supported Living and Learning Environment with young adults aged 19+ who have severe learning difficulties and challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social activities to enhance quality of life
  • Provide individualized support to young adults with Autism and other learning disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
