About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Application Architect to join our team at Telefónica Tech. As a key member of our Cloud Solutions team, you will be responsible for guiding clients in adopting and optimizing cloud technologies to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical challenges, and develop cloud strategies to address these needs.
  • Application Modernization: Assess legacy applications for modernization and optimization opportunities, and develop and implement cloud-native architectures using microservices, containers, and serverless computing.
  • Migration Planning: Define migration strategies for transitioning to cloud environments, and integrate applications into DevOps pipelines for automated deployment and continuous delivery.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of modernized applications, and provide training on cloud-native technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • Cloud Expertise: Proficient in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices, with expertise in Azure, AWS, GCP, and Private Cloud.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and cloud-native services, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect – GCP are desirable.
