Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a dynamic and high-achieving Community, Events, and Products team at a prominent health charity for the role of Fundraising Manager - Products. We are seeking a passionate leader who can engage, develop, and motivate a diverse community of dedicated fundraisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of the Products portfolio, collaborating with the Community, Events, and Products team to achieve long-term objectives.
  • Utilize insights to inform decision-making and connect a varied supporter base with opportunities to contribute to the charity's mission.

Your role will also involve:

  • Delivering an exceptional supporter experience that encourages participants to maximize their contributions, engage with various fundraising initiatives, and sustain their support for the charity.
  • Being a flexible and proactive member of the Community, Events, and Products team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Regularly developing and assessing annual and long-term financial plans.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for revenue enhancement.
Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Proven leadership experience with a successful track record in meeting income targets.
  • Experience in achieving goals across acquisition campaigns and stewardship pathways, including expertise in setting, monitoring, and adjusting strategic budgets.
  • Strong skills in advocating for a team at an organizational level, with excellent influencing and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in producing evaluations, reporting on objectives, and interpreting data and insights.
  • Outstanding communication skills.

Compensation: Starting salary of £52,973 per annum.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position (35 hours per week).

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with a combination of remote and in-office work.
