About the Role

The National Trust is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Dyrham Park. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to your team, ensuring they are consistently delivering great service to our customers.
  • Supervise the induction and training of colleagues, helping to build a team dedicated to great service and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to prepare food and ensure that all displays and signs are accurate and appealing.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
