Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Order Management: Generate and manage work orders for various property safety functions.
  • Collaboration: Engage with internal teams and external contractors to facilitate essential safety works.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance in the client's processes to ensure completion of property safety tasks, especially in cases of access refusal.
  • Access Coordination: Arrange necessary access for site inspections and visits.
  • Compliance Documentation: Collect and maintain compliance certifications and records.
  • Urgent Referrals: Facilitate and communicate urgent property safety referrals.
  • Meeting Organization: Organize and document contractor meetings.
  • Customer Communication: Handle inquiries and communications related to property safety.
  • Invoice Processing: Process and record invoices related to safety works.
  • Documentation Formatting: Format policy and procedure documents as required.
  • Record Monitoring: Monitor and update records pertaining to various safety functions.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a similar administrative role within the property management or facilities sector. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4:30 PM, with a requirement to be in the office at least two days a week.

Compensation: £16.37 per hour, PAYE UMB.
