The Role

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading architectural design within a business area that has true customer and colleague impacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating an architectural vision in keeping with the business providing a technical solution for customer and colleagues
  • Owning the technical solution, providing an end-to-end assurance that satisfies business needs
  • Acting as the technology expert to whom that business area trusts to realize their aspirations as to how they can best drive their business forward in helping our customers
  • Challenging the status quo; things don't change by themselves, so new thinking is welcomed and applauded
  • Providing a fresh perspective that not only protects our brand but also re-energises Client as a bank with technology at its heart
  • Continuously collaborating with a team of like-minded architects, encouraging each other to find the right technology solutions for the business areas

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with evidence of leadership over a team of architects, providing direction and delivering architectural solutions. A track record of managing large-scale changes and delivering effective solutions is also essential.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Domain Driven Design methodology
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships at CTO as well as CIO level

About You

You will be a skilled Transformation Architect with a passion for technology and innovation. You will have a strong understanding of Domain Driven Design methodology and experience in managing large-scale changes and delivering effective solutions.
