About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Restaurant Manager to lead our F&B front of house team at The Clunie Dining Room and The Drawing Room. As a leader with strong organisational skills, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
- Monitor and control costs, inventory, and labour to maintain profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
