This opportunity is for a skilled setter/technician to work in a 3-shift system across a 24/7 operation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Change over and setting of Tools and trailing any new jobs.
  • Optimizing efficiency of other jobs and resolving any issues relating to production in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring the quality of the moulds to ensure they comply with regular quality checks and minimize the amount of moulds sent to scrap.
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and ensuring that 5S is followed throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Liaising with production planners in regards to any problems that occur and assisting where possible with any amendments/repairs.
  • Ensuring the smooth handover at the end of every shift.
  • Resolving machine-related production/quality issues in an efficient and timely manner.
Job Requirements:
  • Past experience within a similar tool setter role.
  • Good knowledge of injection moulding is essential.
  • Excellent communication and enthusiastic attitude.
